It would be great if there were a diet program that would allow people to eat real foods and not starve themselves. This has always seemed like an idea that could only exist in a fantasy, but it is now possible. This program was created by nutritionist and trainer Isobel de los Rios. It works through metabolic typing, which means that there is different food suggested for each individual person’s body. With food that makes the metabolism respond at a better rate, this food can be eaten without the worry of gaining weight unnecessarily.
Gaining weight is done through fat cells. Fat cells are made when the body becomes hungry and it tells the mind to feed it. The person then eats food that enters the stomach, and it can do one of two things. It can be digested throughout the rest of the digestive system, or it can be stored so the body can use it for later. It is normal that the body will store some nutrients of food for fuel. However, when food is digested that is not good for the body and slows down the metabolism; it tends to take much longer to tell the brain that the body is full. This usually results in overeating. The overeating then causes more food than usual to become stored. The process then repeats itself, causing more fat cells and a slower metabolic rate.
This diet program helps to prevent that by using updated nutritional science to reveal to the user myths that have been told about food. These myths include saturated fats, grains, carbohydrates, and proteins. The program does this by finding the right foods that are meant for each individual person. It does this with a 10- page survey that calculates what foods would be beneficial and which would be harmful. In addition, it lists foods that no one should eat.
Using the Diet Solution Program will allow any person to lose one to 10 pounds a week, and at least 25 pounds a month.
